Judicial Accountability is topic for Aug. 1st Meeting

The August meeting of Cooke County Republican Women will feature Jennifer Lundy, Executive Director of Texans for Judicial Accountability. The program will be held on Thursday, August 1 at the Fellowship Hall of First Christian Church in Gainesville. Doors open at 6:30pm, and the meeting will start at 7pm. The public is invited to attend.

Jennifer Lundy has been a court reporter, senate staffer and advisor to numerous legislators and officials. She is a Precinct Chair in Denton County, serving as an Election Judge and on numerous committees, including as the volunteer manager for major events. She is a member of the Texas Federation of Republican Women, where she was Vice-President of Membership 2023. She is currently the Scholarship Chair at her local club.

After hearing numerous stories of judicial corruption and experiencing the same unethical behavior as a non-party to a legal proceeding, Lundy founded Texans for Judicial Accountability in response to long-standing and well-known issues with the judiciary.

“With the judiciary almost certain to rule on any new law, ensuring our judges follow those laws is critical” says Lundy. “This issue affects everyone, on both sides of the political aisle, and across every issue in our state and nation.”
